The great thing about our privacy policy in education is that it enables me to post photos of myself in action. I underwent a lesson observation by four people from the Ministry of Education this Wednesday and emerged victorious.

sounds like you love your work, congratulations!
i renewed a work license yesterday.
it was last-minute and pressured.
in my line of work a lot of tasks feel unnatural and unnecessary (the population thinks otherwise).
it was difficult to sever the cord and go the sovereign route, but i will try again later.
i will consider posting some of what i do on stacker-news and see if i feel better about it.
thank you for the inspiration.

Did the fact that it was a last-minute request compound the frustration you are feeling about the repetitive tasks? There are many repetitive administrative tasks in teaching as well. For example, writing my student remarks n having others vet my writing. I find that I don’t mind them so much when I am not feeling pressured to accomplish other things.
In any case, I will await your photos. xP Hang in there

i was mostly frustrated over renewing the permission to work last minute. perhaps i was waiting for some sort of sign from above... and there was indeed a sign: i butt-dialed my boss, haha.
the tasks are highly repetitive, almost like looking for a needle in a haystack, but when the needle is found, it does feel rewarding, which is rare.

Studying with a teacher reminds me of my school days, at that time I really enjoyed being at school, there were lots of friends studying and playing, there were lots of teachers I knew.
Have a good activity, teacher.

“That’s right kids, the site is called stacker.news. You can earn a lot of sats by posting good content and those sats will be worth a lot more by the time you are my age. Great talk, class dismissed”
Oh wait that would be me teaching a class not an actual professional like @cryotosensei

Dont they pass everyone?
Did they critique you in any way?
I remember whenever I did these, they had to tell me 3 good things and 3 bad things.

It wasn’t an evaluative lesson obs in this case.
Yes, the observers were impressed with the routines I had for my class haha
