Bitcoin maximalism and Pete Rizzo's assertion that every other use of a blockchain is financial and needs to be reduced back to Bitcoin, is flawed.

It is a complete lack of imagination to think that a permissionless, distributed database to which anyone can write and from which anyone can read, doesn't have utility way beyond finance.
