Slow bop reggae style sound, with a more pop style rap. Interesting combination, works pretty well I think.

They weren't everyone's cup of tea, but the Spin Doctors always make me dance in my chair when I'm working on the computer.

This track was huge. It just sounds like the summer of 95 to me. Although it was released in 91, I feel like my memory of it was a touch later.
