Is not about Zeus. Is about how Neutrino / BIP157 blocks sync is working. Zeus embedded is using neutrino for bitcoin blocks sync. It will appear only after the 1st block confirmed if you keep your Zeus node in persistent mode (sync will be continuously).
So... receiving gossip data for unconfirmed transaction harms privacy? Is this the reason this feature is not in zeus? What I understood from your link concerns only block data, not unconfirmed transactions. At least that's what i got.

You still don't get it. Gossip data have nothing to do with neutrino. Gossip data is for LN graph. Neutrino is only delivering blocks header information for chain sync and your node will read the tx required for your wallet. If you do not have a good sync of those blocks with neutrino peers, of course you will not be able to read the blocks and your node will not display correctly your balance. As per my original post, I am talking about unconfirmed transactions. Unconfirmed transactions in bitcoin speak mean transactions that are not yet included in any block.

And I've told you: neutrino will not show those txs until will have the 1st confirmation.
