That's really usefully info, thanks. Not sure how good can be to link a wallet with an email, anyway for testing purposes it maybe worth trying it out.

Proton just offered me a wallet access free too.

I have never paid them for their service.

Anyone with a free account can apply for wallet access which is what I did and after a few weeks or less its come through.

Checking it out first before recommending anyone else signs up though!

It gives access to buying Bitcoin through Banxa - Im trying out that process to see how smooth and cost effective it is.

Certainly seems like it may be a good idea to link a wallet to a secure email account...but time will tell.
