Yes, and the way to do it is to Ask. AKA as a sell limit order. The trader sets the minimum price at which they are willing to sell, that is offer at a price. Don't undercut the lowest Ask and wait.
Accepting offers to buy, or market price, always means the price goes down. In a market where there are price insensitive buyers (transaction rail users, DCA ($ cost averaging)) there should be a big spread between Bids and Asks.
