I had to make a rare LN payment today. We, on India have few merchants accepting Bitcoin as payment. I'm using multiple LIghtning wallets as suggested by @Darthcoin. Because, I had three ready options to pay instantly, I got a little confused over which one to use more often for sending instant payments.
Got curious š§ to know what's stackers' first choice?
So, why not! Tell SN, what's your go to Lightning wallet for instant payments?

Thanks
Right now, it's Blixt and Zeus.
Full self-custodial LN nodes on mobile, what a chad...
You gave me advice on both. I keep Blixt on persistent. I have three channels opened, including the first one that opened with Dunder(pretty small). I keep it on persistent, but I don't have it running in background on my phone. The channels close, but I use it a lot so it's no big deal.
For Zeus, I use it with my own node. I don't use the LSP. I love Zeus, but it seems to take longer to load than Blixt, so I probably don't use it as often.
OK I see, so you still didn't discovered in full both of them.
Ok give it time.
Right now I'm using the Lightning box address on Blixt as my SN receive wallet.
oh yeah that is very easy way (if you use it in persistent mode).
But I like to use that address in a more private cases (friends and family sending), but yeah with SN is not revealed to anybody else but SN.
Also I do not plan to keep my Blixt mobile node for a long time. I always nuke it after a while and start over with a new one (new nodeID). This is an advantage of running private nodes.
Do you use Olympus? Have you tried the Alby Hub thing?

Let me ask you some questions? I keep Blixt on persistent, but I will still get temporary closes unless I also set the wallet to run in background. If I turn off remain running in background, is there any benefit to persistent?
Indeed if you do not open at least once the app, after 24-36h android is still killing the background service, even that the persistent mode is active.
What I suggest for Blixt or Zeus embedded:
Persistent mode is more when you really have intense activity in/out and do not want to wait 10 sec to load the graph at startup. That's all.
That explains it very well. Thanks
I believe, These two are good at this time.
alby with zeus remote connection has been my smoothest payment experience with fair fees.
when i have more time and patience, i go with zeus embedded. i sometimes fallback to phoenix.
if i need to receive a quick payment, and don't have my device, i give a coinos lightning address
Is Thunderhub a wallet? Can someone please give me a link.
I have only used LN for payments 2 times and that too for less than 10k sats. I used Mutiny on all three occasions and it was a very smooth experience. Now Mutiny would cease to exist, I think Blixt, Blink, and Zeus would be my preference. For small payments, I'd use any but for larger ones I would prefer zeus.

I don't know much about nodes. I'm still very new. I've been reading your guides but TBH haven't gone through this one.
is one of the most important ones...
If you can find a wallet with a faster draw than shockwallet let me know and i'll pay a bug bounty ;)
indeed with shockwallet you can have them all in one place
Definitely @DarthCoin can win that Bounty. I am not expert.
Zeus is my first choice. It's little complicated but it is best.
Following the advice of the master @darthcoin I have several wallets prepared to receive or make payments. But one of the most useful is the Alby duo with Blue Wallet, I also have some channels with Green or Phoenix.
Wallet of Satoshi for ease of use and Phoenix for self custody
Since I started my journey in Bitcoin, I started using Blue Wallet and Phoenix, they are truly excellent wallets.

I use Zeus because it works for me every time. However, it is far from āinstant.ā If I am at a merchant, I have to make sure to open Zeus early so it can get through these first three screenshots on its own, then I have to swipe down on the fourth screenshot (top of the channels tab) until the total inbound/outbound no longer shows zero. Then Iām ready for a successful lightning payment. I just do this before Iām ready to check out.
River is the best (wallet that technically isnāt a wallet but can be used as one). Setup auto reoccurring deposit to make fiat to btc conversion free.
Zeus
coinOS
Breeze
Phoneix is a winner here. Is it in Arizona?
Electrum or Phoenix
Phoenix Wallet is Known for its user-friendly interface and strong integration with the Lightning Network, Phoenix Wallet offers a seamless experience for both beginners and advanced users.
If you're puttin' stress on 'instant', Alby and WOS are the best. However, I only have very little amount in them.
Zeus is best for holding, it's not instant at all. Blixt is also good for Holding sats.
Yo why Zeus on here but not Blixt? What's with that? Lol
