I cant help but think the lockdowns was en experiment to see what will happen if you told people to lock down.

And i also think the blackout in Beirut is an experiment to see what happens if you turn off the power in a capital city. Or maybe the power company and the government in Beirut was just sitting on their hands and suddenly realising they are out of fuel?

"oh look, we ran out of fuel :) guess we should order some more?"
