Is a Voltage competitor?
Voltage are a semi-competitor, but we are working on our own L3 software (which we will eventually open-source) instead of using existing open-source solutions like Thunderhub etc...
One day I would love to see Swarm software available to install on your Voltage node.

Unsolicited feedback: I think calling node/wallet hosting (even with lots of bells and whistles) an L3 creates more confusion than not.
I'd prefer: "We host Bitcoin/Lighting nodes with liquid interop, and a bunch of other cool stuff"
I think L3 should be reserved for protocols that are trust-less, peer to peer, built on top of L2, and improve aspects of L2. Imagine I call SN a L3, no one would know what we actually are.

I absolutely agree. There is a roadmap to L3, but it starts with making L1 and L2s work together. There are some others in the space who have started at the protocol level with existing user experiences. We intend to solve the existing UX problem and move toward the protocol.
