This is good news, many use Cloudflare to have SSL and mount scams, phishing etc.
Surely they got tired of receiving reports about having implicated domains delegated to their service.

Momentum is shifting towards freedom but we could lose it at any second.
It seems freedom movement began using the tools of the state- lawsuits, complaints, lobbyists, etc. Its not for me (I am repulsed by bureaucracy) but I am grateful there are some out there doing the work.
Strategically I think it helps to understand most people don't want to make waves. It is why woke armies get what they want...CEO's don't want annoying people on their front lawn. There is a lesson here but freedom minded individuals will obviously not have cover and support from the state.
Tornado dusting is a great example. I firmly believe we do have the numbers, we just have to be way more creative w/ tactics.

Cloudflare's main "contribution" is centralizing the internet.

You shouldn't blame Cloudflare, they are just a company trying to make some money. The real cause of centralization on the internet are developers who opt out of self-hosting, for a number of reasons.

CF didn't push the app bundle, or rest api or cron job to prod on its network - the developers who built and maintain applications and websites do.

Somewhat true. I would phrase it like this: The internet is built in a centralized and broken way, cloudflare sells a "solution" that involves them as a paid middleman.
