I know it’s still very early days with Chaumian ecash apps but I recently downloaded and I’m trying out eNuts and Fedi apps using the “trial mints” on the app but I was wondering, is there any noobie guides out there for setting up an ecash mint? Thanks guys!

I’ve read the first GitHub article on “Best Practices of running a Cashu mint”. Very interesting read but definitely not a “one time only” read. I see that deciding to run your own Ecash mint is quite an undertaking that requires a lot of commitment and dedication. My initial thoughts are on setting up a mint for my immediate “western world” based family members to be later extended to the greater “extended” family members scattered around the “third world” and other “emerging and developing” countries. This is a project I would like to use as an “orange pilling” opportunity initially. Not quite sure if I’m ready to undertake this yet as I still have so much to learn, but I’m willing to give it a shot. Glad to be here!
