Change from Berkshire Hathaway Suggests an Interesting Trend towards Cash & Tbills. It may also mean turbulent periods ahead coupled with possible rates within which you can buy. A falling dollar exchange rate against other currencies as well as bond behaviour pattern indicates that there is fresh cash in the market, but given the stagnating global economy it is best to use caution.
