I think the way this article or information is developed is very peculiar... here in Latin America very few people take into account the quality of the water when preparing anything, whether it is a drink or food... you simply open the tap and fill the jug. and squeeze some lemons.. Sugar and that's it!! Now as for coffee, I do have to worry since I am an active coffee drinker. I mean, on my normal day I have at least 3 cups of black coffee and since I am in Lima, Peru, I have an artisanal coffee, locally called chanchamayo.. I do have that. What to add is that it is of very good quality! Its flavor and aroma is excellent 👍
I learned that water is an important factor for taste because of pizza and bagels. It's a big deal where I grew up.
This article IS very peculiar. There is some decent info in there but the author becomes more unhinged over the course of the article. I got a kick out of imagining that this is what happens to someone that understands finance, but loses their money on shitcoins. Foaming at the mouth, screaming beta and cuck.
I'm going to check out chanchamayo. I love a good coffee/espresso as well. I don't drink as much coffee as I used to but that has only made me care more about the quality.
