Have you ever stopped to think about how technology dominates your day-to-day life? Cell phones, computers, tablets... we are constantly connected, bombarded by information and notifications. This digital overdose can have serious consequences for our mental and physical health. Anxiety, difficulty concentrating, and poor sleep are just some of the symptoms. Digital detox is the solution for those seeking more balance and well-being. By intentionally disconnecting for a period of time, your brain will rest, recharge, and allow you to reconnect with the real world.
My paid vacation starts now 🤠 See you later!
Enjoy your peace! My daughter has done it. You're both stronger than me.

I strongly encourage it. I do a news detox every October. I'm thinking about starting early this year.

There is really no detox needed, you have the control of what dominates your life, use it with caution. What you gonna do after detox, jump to the deep end of the pool because you are starved? That makes little sense and reminds me of these scam diet programs. What you need is moderation and filters, set what's important to you and what YOU want. Watching bunch of social media posts get pissed off about it for no reason is your choice, yes you can do that OR you can walk the dog and watch the sunrise or sunset and have some fresh air or do some summer project around your house. It's your call.

The post is a bit dramatic, lol. I've actually been doing this for ages and it's never a full-on detox. Yeah, lots of filters and I cut back by like 90%."

I hope you manage to disconnect in your digital detox, see you soon, enjoy!

I feel you. Unfortunately for me I earn my bread as an IT specialist and going away from electronics is a no-no to me at the moment, but! I’ll happily take a break when Bitcoin reaches 250k ;-)
