I'm not a foreign policy expert. I've never visited either country. I haven't even read an article about the war. I'd never run for federal office. Any "policy" I'd have would be ignorant as all heck.
What I have are principles, and one of them is that war should be avoided if it can be, but I have no idea if that was ever an option here or if it's an option now.
