as far as i know there hasn't been a  release of any details other than what was said. I look forward to that information coming together over the next few months. I am also interested in seeing how harris responses in kind.

Should Taxpayers Fund a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve?

I'm not sure of the details of these various initiatives....and people seem to make no distinction between "US Govt" and "Federal Reserve" 

So is the current initiative for the US Govt (ie. US Treasury) to build a strategic reserve.....or is the initiative for Federal Reserve to hold it? 

Out of the 2 options, I think instructing the Federal Reserve to hold BTC would be easier to accomplish and be less politically complicated.
