Yes, it's 'aap kitne sal ke ho?'
Translates into - 'how many years you are?' Sal = years, not old.

Do you know Hindi and English both are in the same group, which is Indo-Roman group of languages. A lot of words in Hindi and English are very much similar. For example - Name is Naam in Hindi.
