I urge extreme caution, before you give up what you find fulfilling. I've primarily taught adults and it is entirely different from working with adolescents and teenagers.

I wonder if you can develop your canopy impact online, parallel to your day job. After all, we're still quite early and you're already developing an audience and a foothold in this space.
