I have used Wise to send money from USA to another country. Never had a problem. Their name used to be Travel Wise.

Travel? I think it was TransferWise, or was Travel before Transfer?

Sounds good. So you can withdraw to your own bank overseas but don't have a debit card? I don't apply for debit card ownership based on their countries.
