This is almost one sided. Indians getting almost 1/3 of total green cards is truly incredible.
I think it's mainly because of the huge demands of Indians in IT and Medical Services in US.

Canadians can travel US without a green card because, may be, they have a greener card.;
The Green Card is work visa, not travel or tourist visa.
