It's not just LN address, but also access to Alby Cloud (Hub hosting), NIP-05, LNDhub connector, wallet interface to NWC nodes, tipping page...
Currently new users can sign up on waitlist, like @MoritzK mentioned, but you can skip waiting by receiving invite from our most active users (search #getalby on social media), or by signing up to one of our onboarding sessions or a community call: https://cal.com/getalby
