Hi, I am about to found a bitcoin-only US LLC in Wyoming as a non-citizen. I am a bit confused what services do I really need, what is somehow good-to-have and what is unnecessary/redundant. This influences which agent to choose for this.

Do I need a post address? I really do not need any domains, websites, etc. I can make such things myself. What about annual reports? What is there to declare and is it worth of paying ~$100 a year?

Can somebody give some advice about this? What amount did you pay initially and how much do you pay each year?
