I am currently downloading the blockchain with the latest version (v23.0).
Will then check which versions can validate the already downloaded blockchain.
I think that should check backwards compatibility, right?
But since it was a soft fork, wouldn't that mean the nodes before 0.3.1 would still sync? The rules got stricter, so the old nodes would still see these "new" blocks as valid.
