Yes, of course, that is obvious. It is a very high cost, nobody works for free, and even less for something of this nature. I truly want, wish and implore that Venezuela will not need additional military aid. I do not want my country to be a dictatorship, but I do not want it to be a colony either. The outlook is blurred.
