Food looks fantastic. Is she Japanese or food just inspired by your years there? (no need to doxx if not needed)

Since I only eat one meal a day (OMAD), I've been embracing 懐石 (kaiseki) -- the art of arranging food. It's just so fantastic to go to a Japanese restaurant and have a moderate amount of food -- but very satiating.

This one is from last year's New Year celebration. Arrangement by my wife.

Do you WFH? I can’t imagine how you can have OMAD if you need to go to an office and are subjected to external stimulus n stress factors.

Was this OMAD instrumental in helping you get back into shape? 😉

I WFH yes.

Currently happily unemployed after I was fired from one contract and fired the other contractors for a few months.

OMAD was absolutely crucial but the most important was to remove sugars and starchy carbs. I cut them cold turkey. I think I'll make an AMA tonight about it.

I worked at a ski shop a million years ago.
People from Europe would give me their shoe size as 40 and I had no idea what that meant lol. Someone created a conversion chart.
