Correct, the apps UI for drafting is pretty helpful honestly.
You can also do it on desktop by going to sleeper.app and login as normal. If you prefer desktop to mobile.
I estimate the draft to take maybe an hour, maybe 2. Should be ok with about 2mins per pick.

I am going to be honest. I don't remember anything about our draft. I have no idea how many players we are drafting, how many at each position. If I log into the app now will I be able to do some research on what we are doing tomorrow so I at least have a clue?

Yep, you'll see the roster size in the team section of the app, it's an auction draft as there's no fair way to do snake or linear without a predetermined draft order.
So the person on the clock nominates a player to be bid on. Everyone bids and highest bid wins. You only have 200$ budget, so bid accordingly.
