There's an important difference between knowing something and understanding it.
Right.
That industry has always been about exploitation.
Look at the models.
Just exploiting humans on a grander scale.
I don’t think it’s appropriate to refer to voluntary associations as “exploitation”. It diminishes the term and makes it nearly meaningless.
Voluntary association, but many dont know what they signed up for.
There are a lot of unwritten rules associated with that kind of work.
But you are right, common voluntary association isnt exploitation.
I’m sure there are cases that would rise to the level of exploitation.
One of my pet peeves is when pretty much every low wage job is called exploitation. It’s Marxist nonsense.
Actually, the jobs they were talking about, for making cloths, are actually good jobs for people over there.
They earn an honest living.
But when you peg it against the dollar, it looks like they are being exploited.
It only looks like exploitation to people with a Marxist perspective.
Right.
Its only a matter of time before things reset, and a free market comes back.
"Planet earth is not a safe haven, nor a protected bubble of security."
Im sure we have known about this since the dawn of time.
