It may be true or may not be. I don't think that this is more than a conspiracy theory. China has got the facilities and right before and after the Bejing Olympics people have become more inclined towards sports. In India, it's just a lack of infrastructure and love for Cricket that's not letting Athletes prepare for Olympics.
