How do you know you're empathetic?
  • When you can't handle crowded places.
  • When you are repulsed by superficial conversations.
  • When you can't stand being rushed.
  • When debates take your breath away.
  • When you can't survive loud noises.
  • When you can't tolerate spineless people.
In every situation and environment outside their habitat, an empathetic person continuously absorbs energy. It's like being a sponge.
To survive, they must know how to transmute emotions through the heart chakra and release the absorbed energies out of themselves. Otherwise, they shrink, wither, and completely lose their strength.
Be careful! It's not just people who can drain your energy, but also places.
  • Being empathetic in this world that crushes sensitivity is a difficult sport. An empathetic person hears what people don't say with words. And what is not said with words is infinite compared to spoken language.
The empathetic person dives into the unspoken, becomes one with the feelings, deciphers the energy. They are a furnace. A furnace of emotions.
Another helpful tactic for me is to limit human contact. When I do connect, it feels special.
