I use to drink this after (not during) a lot of effort walking the mountains. It can give fast back to your body all the minerals and salts you eliminate with sweating.
Is not good to drink it as a daily refreshment, but only AFTER you've done an intense sport or effort. It will cut quickly that sensation of "I cannot drink enough water" that is the result of low salt minerals in your body.

I think also you can replace it with natural grapefruit juice and some other fruit with a lot of magnezium. Only that Aquarius it have all together and is cheaper.

It's also good option to find alternative ways of magnesium intake, pills or water solubles. Anything is a good alternative to CC products...
