Well, I was pessimistic, I went through the legal process just for the sake of it. Didn't really think about it.
Now that I think about it, I used btc-e too, but I can't remember if I had any btc left with them...
I came here because a post from @Fabs on reddit, and this is post (and the comments) that made me re-read the white paper: #611746
