A centralized solution on top of the decentralized Bitcoin P2P network. It also scews the fee free market known as the mempool. Avoid at all costs.

I need someone to tell me how I should feel about this

Going in this direction, next step is to ditch the P2P network and move to the client-server model where wallets (clients) submit transactions directly to the miners (servers).

Has anyone tried this yet?

Surprised to see ocean mining in that list. I like the idea.
