I was commenting in surprise yesterday that the WSJ didn't have the story first. Turns out that Bloomberg broke an embargo, while pretty much everyone else (other than the NY Post) honored it. And by breaking it, they potentially endangered the lives of Gershkovich and everyone else.

This is just another reason why people hate the MSM. Imagine Putin seeing this and pulling out because of how it was celebrated in the US and knowing he could leverage it for more. Not to mention those reporters absolutely burned their bridges with the US agencies for this move. They will not be included in these circulated memos due to obviously being untrustworthy. Hell you could see Bloomberg actually fire the people involved.
