It took me quite some tries (and hours), and although it came out ~0.5 cm shorter on both the height and depth than aimed for, I'm more than happy with the result, for I now finally know how to make these little bad boys❗😊
PS: Including- and placing pictures is so much easier on SN than, say, Reddit! Awesome!
Cool! How many hours?
Too many, had to learn the "how" first; the actual sewing was maybe an hours or two.
Congrats!
Cut yourself some slack, they still haven't solved this when producing 2x4's. (I know that's not true, btw)
I would have no idea that wasn't a commercially produced pouch. Great job!
Yeah, the problem is: I've tailored it towards fitting my phone, which still fits, only VERY tightly 😁
It indeed turned out pretty neat.
Looks good!
Congratulations
Looks great! What would the sales pitch be. Is it a faraday shield?
Sales pitch? "Buy or Die" 😜
what was in this pouch
A very small towel, simply to stuff it out nice and tight :D
Congratulations for your first pouch
Now you can sell them for sats
You want to order one? 😜
Since my wife joined the patchwork community i have like 50 of those laying around 😅
Not with velcro though
I can even make them with some slick PALS-webbing! 🤠
Looking good.
It turned out great. It looks very decent
Thank you!
