You can buy a Villa in the greenish suburbs of any good Indian city in 1 fourth of the amount of the median for USA. For the half of my life I've thought of shifting to US but looking at these prices, it now seems much better in india.
Bear in mind that these are amedian prices, there are more expensive and cheaper houses.
