Yes, of course. Its just a matter of time. But schools arent doing so well now, so it might take a while.
Schools follow the politics. They have to, because the money comes from the state (for public schools).
Right. So why did the private schools have them so quickly?
Some of the first universities to admit Blacks were private. In the south your large publics didn't admit Blacks in earnest until the 1970s. W. E. B. Dubious earned the AB in 1890 and the PhD in 1895 from Harvard. I went to Southern Miss in the early 80s and I knew the first Black to attend!
We had a lot of foreign students. Many were from kenya, and a few from south africa.
They are cutting back because of politics and Republicans outlawing or defunding them. Plain and simple political. culture war stuff Not saying whether they should exist or not, but the reason for the pull backs is well documented. As was the flood of offices opening post-2020.
