Howdy Stackers!! Time for our third prediction post and it's for Handball.
Handball (also known as team handball, European handball or Olympic handball)[3] is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the opposing team. A standard match consists of two periods of 30 minutes, and the team that scores more goals wins.

Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong because this isn't popular in the US or at least where I am from (Texas) but is this essentially like soccer but instead you throw the ball instead of kicking it?
No one knows. That's the fun part. I think.
Hahaha I am trying to think through mentally are you able to more or less mug someone with the ball to take it away or do you have to wait for them to throw it and then everyone goes wild with it in the air trying to get it lol
I am not an expert at all in handball, but rules have nothing to do with Soccer. Lot more dynamic , you can change players in attack and defence. If someone gets a red card, it’s an exclusion for only two minutes. 7 players , two half times of 30 minutes though time can be stopped.
Also contact between players is allowed , much more than in football

Going to be honest. I looked it up and it looks pretty cool. People flying through the air like a basketball player going for a dunk, then firing a shot on net like a pitcher trying to strike a batter out with the heater.

I know that it’s quite an European sport but you should watch it as it is really thrilling. A lot faster than soccer.
That is one of if not my biggest complaints with soccer... there will be a ton of action for a minute or two followed by standing and next to no movement for the next 5 minutes
Yes , you are right. Sometimes too much passing the ball without going anywhere. Bundesliga and Premier are perhaps more dynamic than Spanish and Italian leagues.
I'm pretty sure I've played it before, but it's been a long time and I might be confusing it with something called "speed ball". I think rules-wise it's similar to ultimate frisbee.

In a perfect world you are right but I feel as soon as people do not have to strive for anything and get whatever they want humanity will loose something that I feel is critical to our success and survival. I feel innovation would come to a halt because why work harder if there is no reward ya know?
Hmmm! I know all these points and I was just talking about you and only you. That's invalid for the whole world, of course! I mentioned 'world' to assure you. Nevertheless, keep striving for a huge stack and once you reach there, remind me about all of this! We can wait a bit, no issues.
I also don't know too much about handball but yeah it's more like Football played with hands. There are key differences like number of players, time of gameplay etc.

When I was a kid we used to take a tennis ball and smack it with our hand so it would bounce on the pavement hit the wall and bounce back for the next person to hit. We called this handball. I have a feeling Olympic Handball is something totally different and I have no clue what it is, but here goes.
