With Bolt12 and BIP 353, we have a spec level alternative to lightning addresses and other methods of receiving payments to a lightning node.

Are there proposals that would similarly standardize sending from a lightning node? Something that would replace NWC? Something that we can expect every Lightning node wallet to support?
