Bitcoin has many properties that make it desireable, and its not beholden to a leader. Most shitcoins die in their first bear market. It's a big gamble when you FOMO all your money into some shit coin just because you hear someone shill it on the internet as the next get rich quick scheme if you get in now.
Just buy bitcoin and HODL for 5-10 years at least. Personally I'm in it for the long term
