What an odd set of options. I'll choose "Heated Swimming Pools", because that is by far the least consequential.
An advanced society with swimming pools, yet somehow the idea of heating a swimming pool has never occurred to anyone, should be a SCP.

I would say that it would eliminate vices... like, for example, cigarettes 🚬... that's not to mention so many other products or evils that human beings know is killing them but they still continue to consume it...
