What l mean is that biden isnt running trumps security detail. He probably had no input whatsoever in that shooting fiasco.

To be clear. Biden isn't over his security detail team either. But he is over the head of the Secret Service. I think you may be reading to much into the title.
I'm not saying I agree with the article btw. I just find it interesting.
