No it is pretty common whenever a head of state visits DC! A couple of weeks ago we had Japan and Kenya both address as well they just are not as attention-catching if that makes sense.
They do its just the minority that has been part of these ceasefire demands that have gotten out of hand over the last few months that causes some pause in my opinion.
