A few days ago I went to the park with my daughter and I saw this swing for two people and I told her: Let's go on it! She went immediately, we started swinging and I told her: Yeih! we are flying on pegasi! Look how we crossed the rainbow. I was excited about the game and she looked at me with an incredulous face, as if thinking "what's wrong with my mom?" I asked him: Don't you remember? When you were 3 or 4 years old you loved going on these swings and imagining that they were pegasi, she just answered me, "I don't remember anything about that mom." It was a dagger to the heart, my baby is growing. Anyway, after that he humored me and we played.
After flying through the skies, we moved to another swing and I told her "here we are pirates and this is our ship", she just laughed and played along again... At that moment a girl about Approximately 4 years old, and he said he wanted to go on the swing, I told him: "sure, of course, but this is not a swing, it's a pirate ship!" By God I swear that after saying that, the girl's eyes lit up in such a spectacular way, it was as if the park had literally been transformed into a big ship and we were on the high seas, her happiness and excitement was indescribable, she screamed "Yes, we are pirates GRRRR! "OHH LOOK THERE ARE WHALES!
My daughter found it very funny to see the girl so immersed in the role of a pirate. She is already 7 years old, she still likes to imagine and create scenarios, but you can see that she no longer lives them with the same intensity as when she was 4 years old, I saw that girl in the park and I remembered what she was like at that age, it gave me a lot nostalgia, time passes us so quickly and we don't even realize it.
A few days later we returned to the park and my daughter went directly to the boat and told me: "Come on, mom, let's look for pirate treasures!" She gave me a lot of happiness, her innocence, her excitement and her magical world are still there.
