One thing that really works for me this year is understanding the habits and motivations of my fellow Stackers. I have never heard of being Stoic until I engaged with you guys more regularly. I have never thought of walking as a meditative practice. I learnt why showers are a catalyst to creativity.
As you might have expected, this brainwave came to me when I was showering my son yesterday. My Year Head was introducing the workings of the prefrontal cortex to the students in my school. “Why don’t I come up with a poster about Food for My Brain?” I exclaimed excitedly.
