It sure is. My wife's been doing a lot of online house hunting and research into different areas. We have a bunch of candidates in mind, but we're still waiting for prices to drop.
Price drop and everything has to be right. Especially if you are moving from a house you have lived in a long time.

Yeah. The neighborhood we moved from had lots of unkempt yards and cars parked all along the streets. We thought it would be nice to have some mutually agreed upon tidiness, and it is.
The part I don't like is that we have to get permission anytime we want to plant something new in our yard and we aren't allowed to have chickens. It's also just a bigger house than we need.
Time to move. Time to be able to do what you want on your own land.
By moving into a very affordable house in a depressed market that has all the amenities we're looking for.
