We are looking to publish a series of educational posts that show a portuguese video alongside a table of portuguese / english translations

Stacker News has a great feature in that the markdown engine will render the video, like this:  https://stacker.news/items/592733

However when posting to both ~Music and ~Education the fee went from 100 sats to 1000 sats, which is just crazy.

We would prefer to post on Nostr, but cannot find a client that will render the video AND the markdown table.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
