Out of curiosity. As i can see this approach might work for this type of small infractions as i guess they reason they stop bothering you is that it ends up being not worth their time and money, what are the craziest things people have managed to get out of by claiming the counterparty has no authority over you? I heard prisons are private companies too in the US. It would be crazy/cool/... if one could achieve similar outcome by acting fully as a sovereign individual :)

Prisons are business anywhere. Start with natural law, anything that does not have a victim is ideally not a crime.
