_Mastering Bitcoin_ is officially available for free online [here](https://github.com/bitcoinbook/bitcoinbook). I bought the book because I wanted to read it offline but after I read it, it boggles my mind that such good information is available for free. Really shows how much Andreas Antonopoulos cares about bitcoin.

_Mastering the Lightning Network_ is also available for free online [here](https://github.com/lnbook/lnbook) and is of similar high quality.

Most of my bitcoin and lightning knowledge is from these two books. They are also good to look some stuff up.
