I do Tai Chi mainly which is great for all round health. However to build my upper body musculature Tai Chi isnโ€™t so good and so for that I like weight training.

For Cardio I walk and Iโ€™m slowly getting back into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. ๐Ÿ˜…

You make a great point here. Tai Chi and such forms of Martial arts are getting popular everywhere around the world now! I've listened it is very difficult. Is it true?

Tai Chi can be difficult yes. It requires a lot of time to become proficient. Still worth learning though.
