I have read too many times people having problems with coinos. Is it that bad?

It takes 5 minutes at best, sometimes up to 15 minutes to open (by clock). Every single time. Using it implies to actively manage every aspect of LN, including keeping track on how the fees have been doing for that will imply the channel will expire at random, they offered an address then I had to buy it to get it back had to switch to the random one. Again eternal waiting for everything, every single time. Neutrinos pairs error, neutrinos pair error. Check liquidity. Check hashes. Check hashes. 5 minutes to open it back again. Missed one day => open app urgently or everything gets blocked and the channel will be force closed and the world will end. Wait 5 minutes to get in back again to check on something. Have a problem with the channel? Here's the API documentation to code your way out. Unbearable. And believe me, I waited for a full year to see if I would ever feel ok with it, only because of how great the support is, I love the guy. But I just want to get 5 sats men, once every two months. 5 friggin sats. It can not take a nuclear physics master degree and day to day trading-level monitoring to get 5 sats only once.
